What happens before and after that?

Administration and planning

1. Buillding permit/licence

Dependent on local legislation. Organised by the client - all necessary information provided by ODYL or by ODYL via a 3rd party who is locally based.

2. Plot preparations

Geobase, foundation, exterior connections, surrounding area preparation. Dependent on the plot, existing connections, requirements.This can take from a few days to weeks. Organised by the client according to our instructions (with ODYL installation manager present if necessary).

3. Design

Choice of interior and exterior design solutions. Chosen by the client, materials need to be stock-based.

Installation

1. CLT installation

3 days.

2. Interior and exterior finish

16 days + 1 day for minor fixes + extra time for add-ons.

Add-ons

1. House add-ons

Required extra time is dependent on the add-on. For example, the terrace, LED-lights are the most time-consuming add-ons. Other elements don't take much time.

2. Off-grid module or elements

Required extra time spent is dependent on the solution chosen.

Post-building

1. Passover of keys

In case the client sees a need for any minor fixes, these will be done.

2. System maintenance

All documentation on appliances and system maintenance requirements explained in-person and passed over in written to the client

3. Warranty

2 years craftsmanship warranty, 10 year structural warranty
