Interior design

Yes, in the majority of cases you can choose your own interior design materials, but we would need to analyse the process difficulty of the changes and let you know if there are any extra costs involved.

In addition, we would need to know the changes 1 month before we start building your house to makes sure there is supply of your choices.

Yes, you can order the furniture present in the design house, but you would need to purchase them directly from the designers. We would share the contacts. 

Building process

Let us know where exactly your plot is and we will analyse the options with our logistics partner to let you know what would be possible and what would it cost. 

There was no road access to the ODYL Off-grid Holiday House, but we built it.

Yes, you can, but we would only offer you structural warranty in this case.

Yes, but it is likely going to be more expensive later due to extra logistics costs and time resources.

Financing

We are not saying that we would never make a campaigns under special circumstances (e.g. entering a new market), but our material and building costs are fixed and so is our final price per item. We do optimise costs when we can – e.g. the cost of installation for add-ons during initial installation is cheaper than adding them later. Simply put, the more you order at once the cheaper the cost per m2 and we can make a discount.

The best way to decrease final costs is to know what you want (changes always add extra work = costs). 

We can supply the price offer and contract for the house, the rest depends on your chosen bank and local regulations.

Legal

Structural defect warranty protects a home in the case of a structural failure that affects the load-bearing portions of the home. For example, if there is a roof leak.

Technology

Yes, but if they malfunction, we will not take responsibility for finding a solution. Our own solutions are tested and it takes us little time to know how to support you when there is an error.

Appliances for the kitchen are warrantied by the kitchen supplier directly. 

We would try to first help you via a chat (Phone, WhatsApp, VIBER, Skype). If video is needed, via a video chat. 

In case we cannot find a solution via telecommunication channels, we will send in person help.
