Our building process is delivered in 4 stages (inc. foundation). We can offer our clients the option to choose which services they would like us to deliver and which they prefer to outsource to their local construction company/craftsmen according to our project plan.

ODYL Installation team does not need to deliver all 4 stages (except Stage 1). However, we can deliver all 4 stages, from foundation to “Keys to the House”

1. Screw pile foundation with 71,6m2 terrace around the house
2. Slab foundation with floor heating and optional terrace
3. Slab foundation without floor heating and an optional terrace

• Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and glued laminate timber (glulam) structural parts
• Biocide free wood oil finish on CLT/glulam elements)
• Opening fillings (windows, 2 sliding doors, solid wooden front door)
• Insulation and exterior finishes
• Roof (sheet or stone) and hidden rain-gutters and 
• Installation 

• Ventilation
• Heating/cooling
• Electrical works
• Canalisation and water works
• WEDI boards installation (bathroom)
• Bathroom box building and installation (for the wall-mount toilet)

• Finishes on walls and ceilings (where relevant and not CLT)
• Bathroom tiling
• Bathroom and corrodor wooden-felt hanging ceiling
• Parquet (oak parquet or LVT) – customer can also choose their own
• Interior doors (solid wood, biocide free oil finish, magnetic locks, drop-down silencers)
• Silicon finishes (floor, glulam connections, bathroom walls) – NO SKIRTING BOARDS!
