BOOKING
Booking: The Guest who makes the booking agrees to these Terms and Conditions and will be responsible for all persons visiting ODYL Off-grid Holiday House (hereafter: the Property) and should ensure that they are all aware of these Terms & Conditions.
Arrival/Departure: The Property is available for occupation from 3.00 pm on the first day of the holiday (unless otherwise agreed as it is based on availability) and must be vacated by 12 am on the last day. In case the Property is available before the check-in time, the Property will let the Guest know.
Number of People using Holiday Accommodation: The Property permits the Guest and members of the Guest’s party to occupy the property for holiday purposes only. The Property is meant for maximum 6 people.
Communication: Property descriptions and all details, both written and verbal, are given in good faith, but interpretation thereof can be subjective.
Cleaning: Included in the price.
PAYMENT, CONFIRMATION, CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS
Payment: The payment is made via bank transfer or as an online payment.
Confirmation: The booking is confirmed at the time of the payment and a confirmation letter is sent to the Guest via email.

It is recommended and expected that the Guest has a holiday insurance policy (which includes cancellation insurance covering sickness and unavoidable reasons for cancellation or amendments) prior to their stay.

PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Property promises to offer the best possible service for the Guest 🙂
Lost property: in case there is anything found on the premises after the Guest’s visit, the Property will let the Guest know and it will be mutually decided how lost property is returned.
Communication: The staff operating the Property will be available for the Guest via phone/Whatsapp/VIBER in case of any questions during the time of their stay.
OFF-GRID HOUSE PARTICULARITIES
Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the Property by the Property staff given reasonable notice or immediately in case of emergency.
Help: If there is a problem with the off-grid system, if possible and necessary, the staff of the Property will guide the Guest to “switch on and off” a “machine” for the off-grid system in a safe manner. This will be done via video-conference options if there is something that is not working properly.
When the problem does not have a simple solution, the Property will send a person to fix the problem.
GENERAL
No Smoking: The Property has a “No Smoking” policy within properties. There is a smoking area where guests can go to.
Force Majeure: The Property cannot accept responsibility or liability for any alterations, delay or cancellation or any other loss or damage caused by war, civil strife, terrorist action, industrial disputes, fire, sickness, bad weather, epidemics, acts of any government or public authority, or any other event outside our control.
Pets: Not allowed
Wildlife: Please expect to meet some wildlife, including many birds, deers, mosquitos, some spiders, the odd mouse, flies, bees etc. As you will understand, the Property cannot be held responsible for wildlife coming into their properties and cannot take any responsibility of their doing.
Please be careful! We have also seen boars and a moose can be dangerous!
