Personalisation

Core materials
- CLT (cross-laminated timber)
- Glulam (glue-laminated timber)
Beams and posts of the house are engineered from glulam, whereas the floor, ceiling, interior walls and any intermediate floors are from CLT.

Building options
We offer full “keys to the house” solution, but can also install the house until structural works are delivered and the house would be 100% finished externally.

External works up to a built foundation (before house installation) are usually organised by the client with support and foundation plans supplied by us. If required, we can pre-fabricate concrete posts for foundation and install the house from foundation.

We offer a variety of solutions for house heating and cooling, dependent on the house location and client preferences.
- Air-to-air heat pump for heating and cooling 60 m² houses
- Air-to-air heat pump for partial floor heating (shown on the photo) + cooling 60 m² houses

Personalisation
60 m² and 85 m² house models can have slight changes structurally, such as interior walls’ location changes + any interior design changes, such as the choice of parquet or bathroom fittings without any extra charge, besides material cost.
100+ m² houses, 3+ bedroom houses or any other tailor made projects are tailored to the clients’ needs, unless the client would like to use an existing project.
Tailor made floor plans, architectural models as well as 3D renders are done in cooperation with the client. Any tailor made plan costs €1000 EUR + VAT to fix the initial cost for the project for the client to decide whether they would like to progress.
